Is the Free tier really free?+
Yes. No card, no time limit. Free gives you three races a day, the fair odds on every runner in those races, basic model explanations, and a 5-horse watchlist. It's the way to see what the tool does before you pay anything.
What do I get by upgrading to Pro?+
Pro ($29/mo) lifts the 3-race cap to the full card across UK, Ireland, and the US, adds value overlay alerts, post-race reviews, full model explanations, a 50-horse watchlist, and 30-day historical data.
What's actually different about Pro+?+
Pro+ ($59/mo) is everything in Pro plus the deepest history and the white-glove bits: an unlimited watchlist, 365-day historical data, Full + Factors model explanations (the per-runner reasoning, broken out), and priority support.
How do I cancel?+
One click in account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, so you keep access until then. No retention call, no "are you sure" friction. The Free tier stays available after you cancel.
Do you pro-rate refunds for partial months?+
No, we don't pro-rate refunds for partial months on monthly subscriptions. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of that cycle. Annual plans are non-refundable once activated.
Annual plans?+
Yes — 17% discount off the monthly price when paid annually upfront. Available in the upgrade flow inside the app. Annual is the cheapest way to subscribe; auto-renew can be cancelled any time.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?+
Yes. Upgrading prorates immediately — you pay the difference for the remainder of the cycle. Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal date so you keep what you paid for until then.
VAT / taxes?+
Prices shown are net of VAT. EU and UK customers will see VAT added at checkout based on billing country. US customers — sales tax handled by Stripe per state.
Card-on-file security?+
We never see your card number. Stripe handles all card data and is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We only see the last four digits, expiry month, and brand for billing-management purposes.
Will the price ever change?+
If we ever raise prices, existing subscribers stay on their original price for at least 12 months from the change date. We give 30 days' notice via email. We've never run a price-rise panic tactic and never will.
