Welcome to StableOdds Racing. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at stableodds.ai (the "Site") and the application at app.stableodds.ai (the "Service"). By using the Site or Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What we are
StableOdds Racing is a decision-support tool that estimates calibrated win probabilities for thoroughbred horse races and surfaces overlays relative to live bookmaker markets. The Service does not place bets, does not hold customer funds, and is not a bookmaker, exchange, or sports-book. The Service is informational only.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where use of horse-racing decision-support tools is lawful. You are responsible for compliance with your local law.
- You may not use the Service while excluded from gambling under any self-exclusion or operator-exclusion scheme.
3. Subscription, billing, and refunds
Free ($0/month), Pro ($29/month), and Pro+ ($59/month) are the available tiers. The Free tier requires no payment details. Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and stops all future charges; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, mirror, or republish the Service's data feeds without a written agreement. Pro+ API access is the supported way to consume our data programmatically.
- Do not attempt to circumvent paywalls, region restrictions, or rate limits.
- Do not represent the Service's output as your own original analysis when redistributing it.
- Do not use the Service to facilitate bets in any jurisdiction where such bets would be unlawful for you.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site and Service, including model output, copy, chart designs, methodology, and brand marks, is owned by or licensed to StableOdds Racing. The methodology page documents the approach in plain English; that documentation is not a licence to reproduce or operate the Service.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Past model performance does not guarantee future results. Specifically, StableOdds Racing makes no warranty that any pick, overlay, or probability will be profitable or correct. Calibration is measured and published; it is not a promise.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StableOdds Racing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or damages arising from gambling losses incurred while using or after using the Service. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages is capped at the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms or for legal reasons. On termination, we may retain data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will appear on this page with an updated "Last updated" date and, for paid users, a notification email at least 14 days before effectiveness.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StableOdds Racing's parent entity is registered. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. Specific governing- law and venue clauses will be finalised before public launch.
